Who We Are

Welcome to Simply Strong 208 — a fitness space created for moms who want to feel strong, confident, and energized without the pressure of “doing it all.”

I’m Erin Longmire — a certified personal trainer, mom of two, and someone who knows firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize yourself while raising little ones. I started Simply Strong 208 because I saw a need for something real: a space where moms can show up exactly as they are, feel supported, and build lasting strength — both physically and emotionally.

Simply Strong 208 is also deeply rooted in community and gratitude. My husband, Mike, served as a firefighter until he was medically retired after suffering multiple strokes and spending weeks in a coma. During that season, the fire family and first responder community carried us — and I’ll forever be grateful. Offering a First Responder & Spouse Discount is my way of giving back to the incredible people who once carried ours.

Simply Strong 208 is proud to support Village of Hope CDA and Safe Harbor for Freedom throughout the entire year. A portion of every membership and online coaching package will go directly to these organizations as they serve foster families and survivors in our community.

Why I Started

After having my own kids, I realized how often the fitness world tells moms to “bounce back” or shrink themselves. What I truly needed was a sustainable, strength-based approach that worked with my life — not against it.

That’s what Simply Strong 208 is built on: moving forward with strength, not chasing perfection.

What We Offer

At Simply Strong 208, you’ll find:

  • Kid-friendly Small Group Training (2x/week) in a private downtown Coeur d’Alene studio

  • Online Coaching with structured strength programs you can follow at home or in the gym

  • Seasonal Challenges to help you reset, refocus, and stay motivated year-round

  • A supportive community that keeps you accountable and encouraged every step of the way

Our studio is designed to be realistic, effective, and mom-friendly — complete with toys, snacks, and space for your kids to play while you train. No sitter needed. Just come as you are.

How It Works Online

Through the Simply Strong Monthly Training program in the Everfit app, you’ll get:

  • A 3-day or 5-day strength plan (you choose what fits your life)

  • Mobility, core, and travel workouts

  • Progressive monthly programming that builds strength and confidence

  • Coaching support and encouragement to help you stay consistent
