Small Group Training
Motherhood can feel heavy — but you don’t have to carry it alone. Small Group Training at Simply Strong 208 is a place to lift heavy, laugh hard, and connect with women who understand this season of life.
Each class is designed to help you build strength and confidence while your kids play nearby in a safe, welcoming environment.
$119/month includes:
• 2 in-person group workouts each week
• Access to the Simply Strong 208 training app
• 2 additional workouts you can follow on your own
• On-demand mobility, core, dumbbell-only, and travel workouts
• Kid-friendly space with toys and snacks
• A supportive community of moms in all stages of motherhood

Simply Strong Online Coaching
Strength training made simple, sustainable, and powerful — designed for real women with real lives.
This program gives you a clear roadmap to building lean muscle, improving your physique, and getting strongerwithout endless cardio or complicated machines.
Choose your training structure:
3-Day Full Body Strength Program
Efficient and effective — perfect for busy women who want powerful results in just three workouts per week.
Optional 4th Day: Conditioning + Core
Add this day when you want extra conditioning, focused core work, or targeted accessories for glutes, arms, and stability.
Workouts are delivered through the Simply Strong 208 training app so you can follow a structured plan and track your progress whether you’re training at home or in the gym.

• Monthly strength programs using barbells, dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight
• Warm-ups, finishers, cooldowns, and deep core work built into every workout
• Optional off-day “trigger sessions” to support recovery and keep you moving
