Small Group Training

Motherhood can feel heavy — but you don’t have to carry it all alone. Small Group Training at Simply Strong 208 is a chance to lift heavy, laugh hard, and connect with women who get it. Every class is designed to help you build strength and confidence while your kids play close by.

$119/month includes:

  • 2 in-person group workouts/week

  • Full access to the Simply Strong 208 App

  • 2 additional workouts/week to follow on your own

  • On-demand mobility, core, dumbbell-only & vacation workouts

  • Kid-friendly space with toys and snacks

  • Supportive community of moms in all stages of motherhood

Simply Strong Online Coaching

Strength training made simple, sustainable, and powerful — designed for real women with real lives.

This is your monthly roadmap to building lean muscle, improving your physique, and getting stronger — without endless cardio or complicated machines.

Choose your training split:

  • 3-Day Full Body Program – efficient and effective, perfect for busy women who want powerful results in just three workouts a week

  • 5-Day Body Part Split Program – shorter sessions with more volume and structure, ideal if you want extra training without burnout

What’s included:

  • Monthly strength workouts using barbells, dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight

  • Weekly programming with warm-ups, finishers, cooldowns, and deep core work

  • Off-day “trigger sessions” to support recovery and keep you moving

Every season, Simply Strong 208 runs a focused challenge — like the Fall Reset, Mini Cut, or Summer Shred. These challenges are designed to give you a reset, keep your motivation high, and build habits that last beyond the 4–5 weeks.
