Welcome to Simply Strong 208. By purchasing a program, joining group training, using the app, or downloading any digital product, you agree to the terms and policies below.
Payments & Billing
All training services are billed monthly.
Payment is due by the 27th of each month to secure your spot for the following month.
No refunds are issued for missed classes, partial months, or digital products.
Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
Cancellations & Holds
If you need to pause training, please give at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
Missed small group classes cannot be rescheduled, but you’ll have full app access to complete workouts on your own.
Digital Products & App Access
All guides and digital downloads (like the Core Restore Guide) are final sale and non-refundable.
Do not share, resell, or distribute any digital files or app content.
App access is for individual clients only and may be revoked for misuse.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in Simply Strong 208 programs is voluntary and done at your own risk.
Always consult a doctor before starting any new fitness program, especially if pregnant, postpartum, or recovering from injury.
Simply Strong 208 and Erin Longmire are not liable for any injury incurred during training, whether in-person or through digital content.
Intellectual Property
All content (videos, PDFs, workouts, branding) is the property of Simply Strong 208 and Erin Longmire.
You may not copy, alter, resell, or share any materials without written consent.
Privacy
Your information is private and used only for communication and program delivery.
We will never sell or share your personal data.
