A portion of every membership and online coaching package will go directly toward their missions.

    I’ve never been one to work out, ever and she made it not intimidating. She provided easy to follow workouts at home that I can do with the kids. In just a few months I’ve seen results! Loosing baby weight, moving up in weights I can lift and my kid joining in on our workouts.
    Her home gym is the perfect set up where kids can play with one another and the plethora of toys she has while we workout. She’ll even hold a baby that’s fussy!
    Best of all, not only do your kids watch you model healthy habits, you’re not paying an additional fee for childcare while you work out!

    “Simply Strong 208 has been the best! I really thrive being an active adult, but I sometimes struggle with enjoying and accomplishing my workouts as a stay at home mom. Erin's group classes helped motivate me and inspire me in so many ways! I was able to bring my son and know that he could socialize and play in a safe environment while I worked out. I felt so good doing the workout in the morning and being done for the day. But the thing that I loved the most about the workouts were the structured and motivating sessions. I need to be told what to do, and Erin's sessions really helped take the guess work out of what I need to do. Being around other moms training and pushing themselves really encouraged me to push myself. The curated sessions were structured to challenge me and Erin was such a knowledgable trainer who helped me reach weight goals on a weekly basis.     “Erin is the best trainer!!! So organized and positive. Cardio never works for me postpartum but these workouts actually feel like I’m strengthening my core. Plus she changes the circuits up a lot so it stays fun!

    The gym is so cute and clean. My kiddos play while I get an hour to focus on me! And Erin loves on my babies if they need some extra attention so I can finish the workouts.
